- 1/4 cup brown sugar (gently packed)
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Whisk together brown sugar, cane sugar, unsalted butter, vanilla extract & molasses add milk & egg(s) mix until combined
- Sift in the all-puprose flour with a fine mesh strainer and baking powder and mix until completely combined.
- Add and gently stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Fill a greased (or paper-lined) muffin tin ¾ full (I use a 3 Tablespoon cookie scoop) and bake for about 15-20 minutes
- Let them cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
