  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
  2. Keep the cocoa mix in an airtight container until ready to use. It can be kept in the cupboard for up to a year.

WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR HOT CHOCOLATE

TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE (Stovetop)

  • Heat water or milk slowly in a saucepan until it is steamy.
  • Add 3-4 Tablespoons of hot chocolate mix for every one cup of water or milk.
  • Continue heating as you whisk until everything is dissolved and the mixture is hot, smooth, and creamy.

TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE (Microwave)

  • Heat water or milk in a mug until it is steamy.
  • Add 3-4 Tablespoons of hot chocolate mix for every one cup of water or milk.
  • Whisk until everything is dissolved and the mixture is hot, smooth, and creamy.

If desired, enjoy it with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, shaved chocolate, mini marshmallows, or all of the above!

Notes

This recipe yields approximately 3 cups of mix or about 12 (one cup) servings of hot chocolate
