Warm, cozy, and full of chocolate-marshmallow goodness, this s’mores coffee drink is the ultimate fall pick-me-up. Made with espresso, milk, marshmallow fluff, and topped with whipped cream and graham crackers, it’s a campfire classic reimagined for your coffee mug.
Ingredients

1 oz shot of espresso (or see Notes for coffee substitute)

1/3 - 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (adjust to your sweetness preference)

1 cup hot milk

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Toppings

1 tablespoon whipped cream (or more)

1 teaspoon chocolate syrup

1 graham cracker (crumble 3/4 and keep 1/4 piece whole for garnish)
Instructions

Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the bottom of your mug.

Pour in the hot milk and espresso. Stir gently to mix.

Add the marshmallow fluff and stir until it’s mostly melted into the drink.

Finish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a graham cracker piece for that perfect s’mores touch.
