A delicious grilled chicken dinner that's sure to impress even the pickiest of eaters. Made with a basic marinade, it's packed with great flavor and plenty of food to fill those hungry tummies.

Notes and Tips for Success



6 people

  • 3 lbs of chicken

  • Marinade

  • 1/2 cub light tasting olive oil

  • 5 T lemon juice

  • 3 dashed of Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 T homemade taco seasoning

  • 16 oz Cheddar & Mozzarella mixture (basically mix 8 oz of each together)

  • Guacamole (store-bought or follow the recipe included)

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 1/4 cup Pico de Gallo

  • 2-3 Tablespoons minced Cilantro

  • Salt to taste usually about ¾ of a teaspoon

  • Pico de Gallo (store-bought or use this recipe)

  • 2 Cups Rice [white/brown] (instant or you can cook)

  • 1 can of Black Beans (cooked, you can use canned, or dried, but account for the time needed to soak and cook dried beans)

  • 1 batch of Tortilla strips (store-bought or following the recipe included)

  • Olive oil

  • Seasoning Salt

  • Pepper

  • Corn Tortillas
