Ingredients
- ¼ cup Japanese mayonnaise (see NOTES 1 for substitutes)
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sriracha chili sauce (optional)
- sea salt (to taste)
- black pepper (taste)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a medium bowl until completely combined.
- Taste and add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed (see Storage Details in NOTES for details)

This Paprika Mayonnaise Dip will last up to 8 days in a food storage jar or other food-safe container. Because it is mayonnaise-based, I do not recommend freezing it.
