Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 1½ teaspoons fresh chives, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon Gourmend Garlic Scape Powder
- 1 teaspoon Gourmend Green Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add softened butter and olive oil.
- Mix in the parsley, chives, Gourmend Garlic Scape Powder, Green Onion Powder, and salt until well combined.
- Serve immediately or shape into a log and chill for later use.
