This is a fun play-off of beef stroganoff using morel mushrooms and venison but also includes how to easily replace it with beef and button mushrooms.

Notes and Tips for Success
1-2 lbs of venison or beef chuck roast
1 lb of morel mushrooms use button mushrooms if no morel
6 tbsp of butter
1 large onion
3 large cloves of garlic
4-5 tbsp of flour
32 oz of beef stock (1 cup used to cook with Venison)
8 oz of sour cream
2-3 cups of half and half
1 bag of egg noodles/1 lb of pasta noodles
