Versatile Snack Bars

These snack bars are so easy to make and my kids love them. You can make them with dried fruit, any kind of chocolate, and even change the nut butter. They store well and make great go-to snacks for the kids.

Freezer Friendly

I love a good freezer-friendly meal! You can make double what you normally make and split it in half. Let one half get to room temp, and freeze it in a freezer-safe bag. -It will last 4 months in the freezer!

Tacos are easy and great for really any night of the week. My homemade taco seasoning is perfect for beef, chicken, pork, and even fish.

For my Sloppy Joe recipe, I use my everything BBQ rub for the seasonings in my sauce. It adds sweetness and spice. The soy and Worcestershire sauces add amazing umami flavor and the pineapple is what gives it sweetness.

This is a no-shell taco dinner (but of course you easily put it all in a taco shell and it would also be AMAZING). I have included the recipes for each element of this dinner, but if you prefer, you can simply buy everything pre-made (except the chicken), and just assemble it after you grill the chicken.

I remember what it was like coming home from work and just wanting dinner done. So of course, I don’t want this to be daunting for you. If you happen to have the time to make it completely from scratch, I promise you won’t regret it. Price-wise, it is cheaper to make everything instead of buying it pre-made; but do what is best for you, your family, and your sanity.
