Free Printable: Gift Tags

I don’t know about you, but in the past, when I gave handmade gifts to people (even baked goods) I sometimes feel like there was something missing. Then I think “It’s the tag or label that always comes along with a purchased item!”.

ENTER… Handmade tags PART II! These ones are comparatively generic to my Christmas-themed tags. I also created these to appear a bit more traditional in shape. Both the free and paid versions come in two different sizes on one sheet.

About the tags

The free version has the Jenn-Smith.com URL at the bottom and the coloring is in a dark maroon/red color.

The paid version offers a TO-and-FROM at the bottom (no URL). The font coloring and style match all of the printable tags that come with my paid crochet and knit patterns to help keep your tags consistent and matching, just in case you decide to use them with items you sell (maybe as a thank-you gift or for people that want a gift tag instead of a price tag).

The paid is available to download in the shop. All ready to be cut and put on your beautifully finished handmade items.

I think these labels really add to the “special” factor when giving a gift and also make those handmade/homemade items look more polished.

Buy/Download the tags

Both of these tag options offer the Made with Love message. The paid version also provides a to-and-from area.

After you print them, you will need the following:

• 1 hole punch
• scissors or paper cutter
• 8 1/2 X 11 card stock
• Add a small amount of yarn, cotton ribbon, or twine to tie the label to the gift.

How to attach them:

Punch a hole in the circle image of the tag, insert your ribbon or string, and wrap it around your present.
